MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Cauliflower Marranca

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 lb Mushrooms; sliced
     1 lg Onion; chopped
     1    Lemon; juice of
          Butter
     1 lg Cauliflower head; in pieces
     3 cl Garlic; crushed
          Basil
          Salt and pepper
     3 c  Cooked brown rice or millet
          Salt
          Butter
 2 1/2 c  Cheese; grated; (your
          -choice)

 Preparation time: If grain is pre-cooked: 1 hour to prepare including
 baking time.

 Saute mushrooms and onion with butter and lemon juice.

 Saute cauliflower with garlic, basil, salt, and pepper.

 Salt and butter cooked grain.

 Combine everything.

 Bake, covered 1/2 hour at 350 F.
