MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mexican Street Corn Bake
Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese, Vegetables
     Yield: 6 servings

    30 oz Corn; thawed, drained
     1 c  Mayonnaise
     1 ts Ground chipotle pepper
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     6 tb Green onions; chopped,
          - divided
   1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
          Lime wedges (optional)

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Mix the first 5 ingredients and 4 tablespoons green
 onions; transfer to a greased 1-1/2 qt baking dish.
 Sprinkle with cheese.

 Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover; bake until bubbly
 and lightly browned, 15-20 minutes longer. Sprinkle with
 remaining green onions. If desired, serve with lime
 wedges.
