MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole

     Yield: 8 servings

    32 oz Bag frozen tater tots
    16 oz Cream cheese; softened
     1 c  Sour cream
     6    Jalapenos; seeded, fine
          - chopped
 1 1/2 ts Garlic salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     4 c  Rotisserie chicken;
          - shredded
     2 c  Shredded Mexican cheese
          - blend
     6    Green onions; chopped
     1 lb Sliced bacon; cooked,
          - crumbled

 Set oven @ 425 F/218 C.

 Arrange tater tots in an ungreased 13x9" baking dish.
 Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes.

 Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour
 cream, jalapeno peppers, garlic salt and pepper. Stir in
 half each of the chicken, Mexican cheese blend, green
 onions and bacon. Arrange remaining chicken over Tater
 tots. Top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with
 remaining Mexican cheese blend, green onions and bacon.
 Cover and bake until heated through, 20-25 minutes. If
 desired, top with additional sour cream and jalapeno
 slices.
