MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Farmer's Casserole
Categories: Potatoes, Cheese, Pork
     Yield: 6 servings

     3 c  Frozen shredded hash brown
          - potatoes
   3/4 c  Monterey Jack cheese;
          - shredded
     1 c  Ham; fully cooked, diced
   1/4 c  Green onions; chopped
     4 lg Eggs
    12 oz Can evaporated milk
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/8 ts Salt

 Place potatoes in an 8" baking dish. Sprinkle with
 cheese, ham, and onions. Whisk eggs, milk, pepper, and
 salt; pour over top. Cover and refrigerate for several
 hours or overnight.

 Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center
 comes out clean, 55-60 minutes.
