MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Tater Taco Casserole

     Yield: 8 servings

     2 lb Ground beef
   1/4 c  Onion; chopped
     1 oz Envelope taco seasoning
   2/3 c  Water
    11 oz Can whole kernel corn;
          - drained
10 3/4 oz Can fiesta nacho cheese
          - soup; undiluted
    32 oz Bag frozen Tater Tots
          Fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
          Tomatoes; diced (optional)
          Sour cream (optional)

 Set the oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
 until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in taco
 seasoning and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
 Stir in corn and soup.

 Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish. Arrange
 Tater Tots in a single layer over the top. Bake,
 uncovered, until potatoes are crispy and golden brown,
 30-35 minutes. If desired, top with cilantro, tomatoes
 and sour cream.
