1 sm Onion -- thinly sliced
1/4 c Celery -- thinly sliced
1 c Pinto beans -- cooked
1 c Lima beans -- cooked
1 c Garbanzo beans -- cooked
2/3 c Tomato sauce
1/4 c Frozen apple juice
- concentrate -- defrosted
1 tb Light molasses (optional)
1/2 ts Dry mustard
Preheat oven to 375 F. In a 10" skillet, combine onion, and celery.
Cook in water over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring
occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into 1 qt casserole. Cover and bake 25 to 30 minutes,
or until hot and bubbly.
