MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken-Zucchini Casserole

     Yield: 6 servings

     6 oz Box stuffing mix
   3/4 c  Butter; melted
     3 c  Zucchini; diced
     2 c  Chicken; cooked, diced
10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
     1 md Carrot; shredded
   1/2 c  Onion; chopped
   1/2 c  Sour cream

 In a large bowl, combine stuffing mix and butter. Set aside 1/2 cup
 for topping. Add the zucchini, chicken, soup, carrot, onion, and
 sour cream to the remaining stuffing mixture.

 Transfer to a greased 11x7" baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved
 stuffing mixture.

 Bake, uncovered @ 350 F/175 C until golden brown and bubbly,
 40-45 minutes.
