MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Makeover Tater-Topped Casserole

     Yield: 8 servings

     1 lb Lean ground beef
   1/2 lb Extra-lean ground turkey
    16 oz Bag mixed vegetables; thawed
          - drained
   3/4 c  French-fried onions
10 3/4 oz Cream of celery soup;
          - undiluted
10 3/4 oz Cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
   1/2 c  Milk
     4 c  Tater tots; thawed

 In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef and turkey
 over medium heat until no longer pink. In a 13x9"
 baking dish coated with cooking spray, layer the meat
 mixture, vegetables and french-fried onions.

 In a small bowl, combine soups and milk; spread over
 onions. Top with Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, @
 350 F/175 C until golden brown, 55-60 minutes.
