MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Overnight Breakfast Casserole

     Yield: 6 Servings

     6 sl Bread; trimmed and cubed
     1 lb Sausage; cooked and drained
   1/4 c  Green pepper; chopped
     1 cn Mushrooms (4 oz); drained
     2 c  Grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
     6    Eggs
     2 c  Milk
     1 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Layer ingredients in a 13x9x2" casserole in this order:  bread cubes,
 sausage, green pepper, mushrooms and cheese.

 Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over layers.

 Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 F.
 for 35 minutes.

 Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
