1 large spaghetti squash, cooked
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1 small jar pimentoes, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 8 oz. pkg herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Combine onion, chicken, soup, sour cream, pimentoes & carrots. Stir in
squash.
In a separate small bowl, combine
herb stuffing with melted butter & stir into mixture. Turn into a 2-qt
casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
