8 Pork chops
1 c Rice -- not instant
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c Beef broth
1 c Milk
Recipe called for beef cube dissolved in water, I substituted broth
for that. (JO)
Grease 9x13" pan. Spread rice evenly over bottom of pan. In a bowl
mix soup, milk and bouillon dissolved in the 1 cup of water. Arrange
chops over the rice. Pour the soup mixture over chops. Bake at 350 F
for 1-1/2 hours. (Cover?)
You can use 8 chicken breasts instead of pork chops.
