                STRATA ("CHRISTMAS CASSEROLE") (M_C-TX)

  6                    Eggs, lightly beaten
  1       c            Shredded colby or mild
                       -cheddar cheese
  2       c            Milk
  1       t            Dry mustard
  6                    Slices of bread, crusts
                       -removed and cubed
  1       lb           Sausage, fried & scrambled
  1       t            Salt

 Mix all ingredients.  Pour into 9" X 13" pan.
 Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350  for 35-40 minutes.
