MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Country Corn Casserole

     Yield: 5 servings

    12 oz Bag corn niblets; thawed
     2 lg Eggs; beaten
     1 c  Milk
     2 tb All-purpose flour
     1 ts Vanilla extract
     1 ts Sugar
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Black pepper
     1 tb Butter; melted
   1/4 c  Coarsely broken butter
          - crackers

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large bowl, combine corn, eggs, milk, flour,
 vanilla, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour into a
 1-1/2 quart ungreased casserole dish.

 Combine butter and cracker crumbs and sprinkle evenly
 over top of the casserole.

 Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until set.
