     Title: Sweet Dumpling Squash Casserole
Categories: Casseroles, Squash
     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 c  Sweet dumpling squash;
          - cooked, peeled, mashed
     3 tb Margarine; melted
     2 tb Brown sugar
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Nutmeg
     1    Egg; beaten
   1/2 c  Nuts; chopped
     1 c  Crushed pineapple; drained

 Combine mashed squash pulp with remaining ingredients. Pour into
 buttered baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
