4 Celery hearts
4 Big pancakes
2 c Cheese sauce
2 ts Paprika
1 c Parmesan or Cheddar cheese;
- grated
Make the pancake batter. Steam the whole celery hearts for about 10
minutes. Make the cheese sauce. Fry up a whole plate of pancakes and
set aside. When the celery is tender, wrap eath celery heart in a
pancake. Lay the rolls side by side in a casserole dish. Season the
cheese sauce with paprika and pour it over the celery. Sprinkle the
top with parmesan cheese and brown the casserole in the oven at
350 F for about 10 minutes.
