     Title: Slow-Cooker Pizza Casserole
Categories: Pasta, Beef, Vegetables, Herbs, Cheese
     Yield: 14 Servings

    16 oz Rigatoni or large tube
          - pasta
 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
     1 sm Onion; chopped
     4 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
    30 oz Pizza sauce (2 cans)
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
          - undiluted
     8 oz Sliced pepperoni
          Fresh basil or arugula;
          - chopped (optional)

 Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a
 skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no
 longer pink; drain.

 Drain pasta; place in a 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in beef mixture,
 cheese, pizza sauce, soup, and pepperoni. Cover and cook on low for
 2 to 3 hours or until heated through. If desired, top with basil
 before serving.
