MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Salmon Zucchini Bake

     Yield: 6 Servings

15 1/2 oz Can salmon
 1 1/2 lb Zucchini (4 md)
     1 cl Garlic; minced
     2 tb Butter
   3/4 c  Cheddar cheese; grated
   1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
     1 c  Sour cream
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Italian seasoning
   1/2 c  Buttered bread crumbs

 Break salmon into chunks with a fork. Slice zucchini 1/4" thick. Saute
 zucchini & garlic briefly in butter. Add salmon, cheese, sour cream, &
 seasonings. Turn into casserole dish & top with buttered bread
 crumbs. Bake in a 375 F oven for 20 minutes.
