1 lb Hamburger
1 sm Onion; chopped
3 c Tomatoes
1 ts Chili powder
1/2 c Uncooked rice
Salt & pepper; to taste
1 md Zucchini; chopped
1/4 lb Cheese; cut up
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain.
Add tomatoes, chili powder, rice, salt, & pepper to taste. Cook until
rice is tender, about 15 minutes.
Add zucchini & cheese. Pour into casserole dish.
Bake @ 350 F for 1 hour.
