MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: De-Lightful Tuna Casserole

     Yield: 5 servings

     7 oz Box elbow macaroni
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
          - undiluted
     1 c  Fresh mushrooms; sliced
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
     1 c  Milk
     5 oz Can light water-packed tuna;
          - drained, flaked
     2 tb Diced pimientos
     3 ts Dried minced onion
     1 ts Ground mustard
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/3 c  Crushed cornflakes

 Cook macaroni according to package directions.

 Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the soup, mushrooms, cheese,
 milk, tuna, pimientos, onion, mustard, and salt. Drain macaroni;
 add to tuna mixture and mix well.

 Transfer to a 2 qt baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle
 with corn flakes. Bake, uncovered, @ 350 F/175 C for 25 to
 30 minutes or until bubbly.
