Title: Cauliflower Casserole

1 md Head cauliflower;
- in florets
1 c Sour cream
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
1/2 c Cornflakes; crushed
1/4 c Bell pepper; chopped
1/4 c Red bell pepper; chopped
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
Paprika
Set oven @ 325 F/165 C.
Place 1" water in a saucepan; add cauliflower. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer until crisp-tender, 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, sour cream, cheddar cheese,
cornflakes, peppers, and salt; transfer to a greased 2 qt baking
dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 30 to 35 minutes.
