Title: Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake

Yield: 12 servings
12 oz Stuffing mix (2 boxes)
10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
- undiluted
1 c Milk
8 c Chicken; cooked, diced
1/2 ts Pepper
3/4 lb Sliced deli ham; in 1"
- strips
1 c Emmenthal cheese; shredded
3 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.
Prepare stuffing mixes according to package directions. Meanwhile,
whisk together soup and milk.
Toss chicken with pepper; divide between 2 greased 13x9" baking
dishes. Layer with ham, Swiss cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, soup
mixture, and stuffing. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until cheese is melted,
