MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Warm Chicken Tortellini Au Gratin

     Yield: 6 servings

    28 oz Water-packed artichoke
          - hearts (2 cans)
     3 c  Chicken; cooked, shredded
     3 c  Refrigerated spinach
          - tortellini; cooked
 1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise
 1 1/2 c  Asiago cheese; grated,
          - divided
          Fresh basil (optional)

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1/4 cup juice. Coarsely chop;
 combine with chicken, tortellini, mayonnaise, 1 cup cheese, and
 reserved artichoke liquid. Place artichoke mixture in a greased
 13x9" baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese.

 Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and starting to brown. If
 desired, garnish with basil.
