MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Chicken Noodle Casserole

     Yield: 6 servings

10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
   1/2 c  Mayonnaise
     2 tb Lemon juice
     2 c  Chicken; cooked, cubed
     1 sm Onion; chopped
   1/4 c  Rell pepper; chopped
   1/4 c  Red bell pepper; chopped
     1 c  Monterey Jack cheese;
          - shredded, divided
     1 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese;
          - shredded, divided
    12 oz Egg noodles; cooked,
          - drained

 In a large bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
 Stir in the chicken, onion, peppers, 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese,
 and 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Add noodles and toss to coat.

 Transfer to a greased 2-qt baking dish. Bake, uncovered, @
 350 F/175 C for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
 Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes longer.
