MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Breakfast Casserole

     Yield: 8 servings

   1/2 lb Sliced bacon; chopped
   1/2 c  Onion; chopped
   1/2 c  Bell pepper; chopped
    12 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
     1 c  Milk
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
   1/4 ts Dill weed
    16 oz Bag shredded hash brown
          - potatoes; thawed
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
          Fresh parsley; minced (optional)

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove
 with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard drippings,
 reserving 2 tb. In the same skillet, saute onion and green pepper
 in drippings until tender; remove with a slotted spoon.

 In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in hash
 browns, cheese, onion mixture and bacon.

 Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until a
 knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 35-45 minutes. If
 desired, garnish with parsley.
