4 1/2 c Cooked rice (1-1/2 c dry)
1 tb Parsley flakes
1 1/2 c Chicken (8 oz) -- cooked, cubed
1 sm Can cut green beans -- drained
3/4 c Milk
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
10 4/5 oz Durkee French fried onions
Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8x12" baking pan with spoon. Press
rice up sides and over bottom to form crust. Combine chicken, beans,
milk, soup, pepper, and 1/2 can of fried onions--spoon into rice
crust. Bake covered at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with remaining
onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
