                           Spinach Beef Bake

  1      lb            Ground beef
  4 1/2  oz            Jar sliced mushrooms -- drained
  1      md            Onion -- chopped
  2      cl            Garlic -- minced
  1 1/2  ts            Dried oregano
  1 1/4  ts            Salt
    1/4  ts            Pepper
 20      oz            Frozen chopped spinach
                       - (2 pkg) -- thawed, drained
  1                    Can cream of celery soup --
                       - undiluted
  1      c             Sour cream
  1      c             Uncooked long grain rice
  1      c             Mozzarella cheese -- shredded

In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic,
oregano, salt, and pepper. Add spinach, soup, sour cream, and rice;
mix well. Transfer to a greased 2-1/2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with
mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes or
until the rice is tender.
