MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Zucchini & Sausage Stovetop Casserole

     Yield: 6 servings

     1 lb Pork sausage
     1 tb Oil
     3 md Zucchini; thin sliced
     1 md Onion; chopped
14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes; cut up
8 13/16 oz Pkg ready-to-serve long
          - grain rice
     1 ts Prepared mustard
   1/2 ts Garlic salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     1 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese;
          - shredded

 In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat 5-7
 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking it into
 crumbles. Drain and remove sausage from pan.

 In same pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add zucchini and
 onion; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until tender. Stir
 in sausage, tomatoes, rice, mustard, garlic salt and
 pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5
 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

 Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Let stand,
 covered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
