                         Hominy-Chili Casserole

 15      oz            Chili with beans
  2 1/5  oz            Can sliced ripe olives --
                       - drained and divided
  1      sm            Onion -- finely chopped
 15 1/2  oz            Golden hominy -- drained
  1      c             Sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded

Combine chili and half of olives; spoon into a lightly greased
1-1/2 qt casserole. Top with onion and hominy, and bake at 350 F for
25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining olives; bake an
additional 5 minutes.
