3 c Chicken; cooked, diced
4 oz Deli ham; diced
3 c Broccoli florets
1 c Emmenthal cheese; shredded
10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken & mushroom
- soup
1/4 c Dry white wine
2 tb Butter; melted
1 c Plain panko
Set the oven @ 350 F/175 C. Lightly grease an 8x11x2" baking dish.
Stir the chicken, ham, broccoli, cheese, soup and wine in the
baking dish. Stir the butter and panko in a small bowl. Sprinkle
the panko mixture over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the panko mixture is browned and the
chicken mixture is hot.
