MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Light-But-Hearty Tuna Casserole

     Yield: 4 servings

     3 c  Uncooked yolk-free noodles
10 3/4 oz Cream of mushroom soup;
          - undiluted
   1/2 c  Fat-free milk
     2 tb Mayonnaise
   1/2 ts Ground mustard
     6 oz Jar sliced mushrooms;
          - drained
     5 oz Can albacore white tuna in
          - water
   1/4 c  Red bell pepper; chopped,
          - roasted

MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
   1/4 c  Dry bread crumbs
     1 tb Butter; melted
   1/2 ts Paprika
   1/4 ts Italian seasoning
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 400 F/205 C.

 Cook noodles according to package directions.

 In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, mayonnaise and
 mustard. Stir in the mushrooms, tuna and red pepper.
 Drain noodles; add to soup mixture and stir until
 blended. Transfer to a greased 8" square baking dish.

 Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over casserole.
 Bake until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
