MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Thanksgiving Leftovers Casserole

     Yield: 4 servings

     3 md Potatoes; peeled, in chunks
     3 c  Leftover cooked stuffing
     2 c  Cooked turkey; cubed
10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
   1/2 ts Garlic powder
   1/4 c  Sour cream; +2 tb,
          - divided
     2 oz Cream cheese; softened
   1/4 ts Pepper
   1/8 ts Salt
   3/4 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded

 Place potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water.
 Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook until
 tender, 15-20 minutes.

 Meanwhile, set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Spread stuffing into a greased 8x8" baking dish. In a
 large bowl, combine turkey, soup, garlic powder and 2
 tablespoons sour cream; spoon over stuffing.

 Drain potatoes; mash in a small bowl with cream cheese.
 Stir in pepper, salt and remaining 1/4 cup sour cream;
 spread over turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.

 Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 25-30 minutes.
