MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: Chicken Brunch Casserole

     Yield: 8 Servings

     4 lg Chicken breasts, cooked &
          -deboned -OR-
    16 sl Ham
    16 sl Thin bread; crust removed
     8 sl Cheddar cheese
     6    Eggs
          Salt; to taste
     3 c  Milk
     1 ts Dry mustard
     1 c  Potato chips; crushed
   1/2 c  Butter; melted

 Butter 9x13" baking dish. Arrainge 8 slices of bread on bottom.
 Quarter chicken breasts to make 16 pieces. Layer half of meat over
 bread, cover with cheese slices. Add remaining meat and cover with
 remaining bread.

 Beat eggs, salt, milk, and mustard. Pour over casserole, cover with
 foil and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, sprinkle with crushed
 potato chips and melted butter. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
