                        Baked Chicken Casserole

  3      c             Catsup
  1 1/2  c             Dry white wine
  1      bn            Parsley -- chopped
  3      cl            Garlic -- crushed
    3/4  ts            Basil
  9                    Rosemary sprigs
  3                    Broiler chickens (10 lb) --
                       - quartered, approximate

Combine catsup, white wine, parsley, garlic, basil and rosemary. Pour
this sauce over chicken. Freeze in portions suitable for your family.

To serve:

Defrost and bake at 325 F, basting, for about 1-1/2 hours, until done.
