12 1/2 oz Cream of mushroom soup (2 cans)
3 c Water
3 c Uncooked converted white rice
1 c Celery -- thinly sliced
1 c Turkey -- cooked, cubed
2 c Frozen peans and carrots or
- Asian vegetable mix
1 ts Poultry seasoning
1 tb Onion -- minced
Pour soup and water into Crock-Pot and mix. Add remaining ingredients
and stir. Cook 6 to 8 hours on Low or 3 to 4 hours on High. Add soy
sauce if desired.
