Wild Rice Casserole

1/2 c Butter -- melted
3 Celery ribs -- thinly sliced
2 md Onions -- finely chopped
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c Water
14 oz Wild rice & long-grain converted
- rice mix (2 pkg)
4 oz Can sliced mushrooms -- drained
1/2 lb Processed American cheese -- cubed
Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot; stir thoroughly. Cover and cook
on Low for 6 to 10 hours or on High for 2 to 3-1/2 hours.
Serves 6 to 8
