MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Ground Beef Casserole With Noodles

     Yield: 8 servings

 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
     1 tb Butter
     1 lg Onion; chopped
     1 c  Green pepper; chopped
     1 tb Worcestershire sauce
 6 1/4 c  Wide egg noodles; cooked,
          - drained
21 1/2 oz Tomato soup (2 cans);
          - undiluted
10 1/2 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
          - undiluted
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
          Green onions; sliced (optional)

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
 longer pink, 8-10 minutes, breaking into crumbles;
 drain. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium
 heat. Add onion and pepper; cook and stir until tender,
 5-7 minutes. Stir in beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles
 and soups.

 Transfer to a greased 3 qt baking dish; top with
 cheese. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 15-20
 minutes. If desired, garnish with green onions.
