     Title: Saturday Night Special Casserole

     Yield: 7 servings

    16 oz Rotini pasta; cooked
    10 oz Bag broccoli slaw w/carrots
     2 c  Cottage cheese; any curd size
   3/4 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
   1/2 c  Cream
    16 oz Sour cream
 1 1/2 ts Lawry's seasoned salt
   1/2 ts Black pepper
     1 tb italian seasoning
     2 tb Melted butter
     1 c  Panko bread crumbs

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 Coat a 9x13" baking dish with buttery spray. Cook
 pasta according to directions on box, cooking al dente.

 Place broccoli slaw in a strainer; place another
 strainer on top. When pasta is done cooking drain pasta
 in top strainer. (Cooks the broccoli a little.)

 In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, Parmesan
 cheese, sour cream, cream, salt, pepper and Italian
 seasoning. Stir in the broccoli slaw and mix well.

 Stir in pasta, then spoon mixture into prepared baking
 dish. Combine the bread crumbs and the melted butter,
 mixing well. Sprinkle over noodles. Cover and bake 45
 minutes, or until heated through. Serve with garlic
 toast, if desired.

 It's ready!

 NOTE: you can substitute chopped, thawed spinach for the
 broccoli slaw and use different pasta... enjoy!
