                            Chili Casserole

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  1      md            Onion -- chopped
  2      tb            Butter
  2      lp            Ground beef
 16      oz            Can tomatoes and juice --
                       - or more as desired
  1      can           Pitted black olives -- drained
 12      oz            Can corn kernels -- drained
    1/4  c             Corn meal
  4      ts            Chili powder -- or more to taste
  1 1/2  ts            Salt -- or to taste
                       Pepper
  1      c             Cheddar cheese -- grated

Brown onion in butter in skillet. Add meat and brown. Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix. Season. Put in a
3 qt baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 F for 40 to
50 minutes.

Yield: 6 Servings
