     Title: Nutty Rissoles (Vegetable Patties)
Categories: Burgers, Vegetarian
     Yield: 8 Rissoles

     3 c  Cooked bulgur wheat
     1 c  Nuts; crushed
     1 c  Leftover steamed vegetables;
          - chopped small
   1/2 c  Almond or peanut butter
          Flour; for coating
          Oil; for frying

 Add nuts to the bulgur, together with any leftover vegetables, chopped
 small, and bind ingredients together with nut butter. Form into
 patties, coat with flour, and fry. These freeze well and are good
 grilled for barbecues.
