                 Vegetarian Burgers (The uncow burger)

  1      cup           canned butter beans
    3/4  cup           bulgur -- cooked
    3/4  cup           barley -- cooked
    1/2  cup           quick oatmeal -- uncooked
  1 1/2  Tablespoons   soy sauce
  2      Tablespoons   barbecue sauce
  1      teaspoon      dried basil
    1/2  cup           onions -- finely chopped
  1      clove         garlic -- finely minced
  1      stalk         celery -- chopped
  1      teaspoon      salt
                       pepper to taste

With a fork or potato masher, mash beans just slightly. They should be
chunky, not pureed. Add the rest of the ingredients and form 6 patties.
Spray skillet with oil and brown patties on both sides.
