     Title: Grilled Hamburgers with Sour Cream and Herbs
Categories: Polkadot, Faylen, Beef, Ground meat
     Yield: 1 Servings

 2 2/3 lb Lean ground beef
   1/4 c  Sour cream
     1 tb Minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp
          -dried
     1 tb Minced fresh parsley
     1 ts Minced fresh rosemary OR
   1/4 ts Dried, crumbled
   3/4 ts Pepper

 Thoroughly combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl.  Shape beef
 mixture into 8 1-inch thick patties.  Cover and chill at least 1 hour
 or up to 8 hours. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) Place burgers
 on grill. Cover grill and cook burgers to desired doneness, about 4
 minutes for medium rare. Source: Bon Appetit, July 1992 Note: Nonfat
 yogurt works as well as sour cream, makes the flavor tangier.
