     Title: Cheeseburger Sliders
Categories: Beef, Cheese, Breads, Vegetables
     Yield: 12 Servings

     2 lb Ground beef
     2 lg Eggs; beaten
   3/4 c  Minced onion; divided
     2 ts Garlic powder
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Pepper
    17 oz Pkg dinner rolls
   1/2 c  Thousand Island salad
          - dressing; divided
    10 sl American cheese
    12    Dill pickles; sliced
 1 1/2 c  Iceberg lettuce; shredded
     1 tb Butter; melted
     1 tb Sesame seeds; toasted

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

In a large bowl, mix beef, eggs, 1/2 cup minced onion, garlic
powder, salt, and pepper lightly but thoroughly. Place meat mixture
on a large parchment-lined baking sheet; shape into two 6x8"
rectangles, each about 1/2" thick. Bake until a thermometer reads
 160 F, 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, without separating rolls, cut bread in half
horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of dressing evenly over bottom halves
 of rolls.

Blot meat with paper towels to remove excess fat; top meat with
cheese and return to oven. Bake until cheese has just melted, 2 to
3 minutes. Place meat on bottom halves of rolls; spread with
remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Layer with pickles, remaining 1/4 cup
minced onion and shredded lettuce; replace with top halves of
rolls. Cut into sandwiches. Brush butter on top of rolls and
sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
