                             Combo Burgers

    1/2  lb            Lean ground sirloin
    1/2  lb            Lean ground pork
    1/2  lb            Lean ground veal
 2       tb            Ice water
    1/4  c             Ground oats
    1/4  c             Bottled chili sauce
 1       sm            Onion -- minced
 2       ts            Worcestershire sauce
                       Fresh ground pepper and salt --
                       - to taste

Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the
heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Combine the meat
with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 6 patties. Grill the
burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly
pink inside.
