French:
1 1/2 ts Onion powder
1 ts Dried thyme; crushed
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
2 oz Brie or Camembert --
- sliced into 4 pieces
Mexican:
1 tb Chili powder
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 oz Monterey Jack cheese --
- sliced into 4 pieces
Italian:
1 1/4 ts Italian seasoning
3/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 oz Mozzarella --
- sliced in 4 pieces
Greek:
1 1/2 ts Onion powder
1 ts Dried oregano; crushed
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Pepper
2 oz Feta; crumbled
2 tb Lemon juice; sprinkled on top
For each nationality, add seasoning to beef and form 8-1/4" thick
patties. Place the cheese in center of 4 patties; cover cheese with
remaining patties and press edges together. Grill over medium-hot
coals, turning once, until done.
