     Title: Country Breakfast (Kraft)

     Yield: 4 servings

     4 c  Cubed cooked potatoes
   1/2 c  Chopped green bell pepper
     2 tb Chopped onion
   1/3 c  Margarine
          Salt and pepper
     4    Eggs
     1 c  Shredded cheddar cheese;
          -shredded
          (cracker barrel brand)

 Recipe by: Kraft - Complete Cheese Cookbook (1971:139) Cook potatoes,
green  pepper and onion in margarine until lightly browned. Season to
taste. Break eggs over potato mixture;  cover, cook until eggs are done.
Sprinkle with   cheese;  cover and heat until cheese melts.
