Spray a 1 1/2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Place potatoes and
stewed tomatoes (undrained) in the dish and stir. Microwave, covered,
on high for about 6 - 8 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Stir in
velveeta, and continue cooking for another 4 minutes, stirring once.
Yield: 4 - 6 servings
