     Title: Pumpkin Puff Pancakes

     2    Eggs
     1 c  Milk
   1/2 c  Cooked pumpkin (canned is ea
 1 3/4 c  Bisquick mix
     2 tb Sugar
   1/2 ts Cinnamon
   1/2 ts Nutmeg
   1/2 ts Ginger
   1/4 c  Salad oil

 Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick
 and lemon-colored. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter by Tbsps.
 onto medium-hot griddle. Bake until puffed and bubbles begin to break. Turn
 and bake> other side until golden brown. Makes about five dozen, 2"
 pancakes. I bet these smell good too!
