Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Egg
1 t Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
2 c Buttermilk/sourmilk
1 1/2 tb Oil
Using a processor or blender. Put liquid ingredients
in first. Add dry ingredients and blend or process
till mixed. If too thick add a little more buttermilk
or sour milk.
