     Title: Over-Easy Eggs
Categories: Five
     Yield: 4 Servings

     1 tb Butter
     4 lg Eggs
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper

 Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into
 the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or
 until whites are set. Flip; cook 30 to 60 seconds or until whites
 are fully set and yolks are still runny. Serve hot.
