MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mom's Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

     Yield: 8 servings

     8 sl Bacon
    12 lg Eggs; beaten
     6 tb Butter; divided
     2 c  White Cheddar cheese;
          - shredded
   1/4 c  Fresh parsley; minced
   1/4 c  Fresh dill; snipped
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     8 sl Bread; toasted
          Hot pepper sauce

 In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until
 crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove; drain on paper towels and
 break into 1" pieces. Discard drippings. In the same pan, cook and
 stir eggs over medium heat until almost set. Stir in 2 tb butter;
 cook and stir until no liquid egg remains. Add cheese, parsley,
 dill, salt, pepper, and remaining 4 tb butter; stir gently until
 cheese is melted.

 Top toast with eggs and bacon; drizzle with hot pepper sauce.
